Teabe sisu ja esitamise viisid on t\u00e4pselt ette n\u00e4htud. Kui tabeliks ei ole ruumi, v\u00f5ib teabe esitada ka \u00fcksteise j\u00e4rel. Teave tuleb esitada numbrite ja s\u00f5nadega, lisaks v\u00f5ib kasutada piktogramme v\u00f5i s\u00fcmboleid.<\/p>\n<p>J\u00e4rgida tuleb \u00fcldist t\u00e4hem\u00e4rgisuuruse n\u00f5uet. Toitumisalane teave <span>tr\u00fckitakse t\u00e4htedes, mille t\u00e4hem\u00e4rgisuuruse x-k\u00f5rgus on v\u00e4hemalt 1,2 mm. Pakendite v\u00f5i mahutite puhul, mille suurima k\u00fclje pindala on v\u00e4iksem kui 80 cm<span style=\"font-size: small;\"><sup>2<\/sup><\/span>, on t\u00e4hem\u00e4rgi kohustuslik x\u2011k\u00f5rgus v\u00e4hemalt 0,9 mm. Erandkorras ei pea toitumisalast teavet esitama pakenditel, mille suurima k\u00fclje pindala on alla 25\u00a0cm<span style=\"font-size: x-small;\"><sup>2<\/sup><\/span>. Vaata t\u00e4psemalt ka alapeat\u00fckist <a href=\"https:\/\/toiduteave.ee\/margistamine\/kohustuslikud-andmed\/#tahemark\">\u201eT\u00e4hem\u00e4rgisuurus<\/a><\/span><span><a href=\"https:\/\/toiduteave.ee\/margistamine\/kohustuslikud-andmed\/#tahemark\">\u201c<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Energiasisaldus<\/strong> esitatakse kilod\u017eaulides (kJ) ja kilokalorites (kcal), m\u00e4rkides esimesele kohale kilod\u017eaulid ning teisele kohale kilokalorid.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Toitainete kogused<\/strong> v\u00e4ljendatakse \u00fcldjuhul grammides, v\u00e4lja arvatud vitamiinid ja mineraalained, mis esitatakse m\u00e4\u00e4ruse (EL) nr 1169\/2011 XIII lisa osas A toodud \u00fchikutes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vitamiinidest ja mineraalainetest<\/strong> tohib esitada vaid neid, mis on toodud XIII lisa osas A, ja vaid siis, kui neid sisaldub toidus m\u00e4rkimisv\u00e4\u00e4rses koguses. M\u00e4rkimisv\u00e4\u00e4rne kogus on 7,5% p\u00e4evasest v\u00f5rdluskogusest 100 ml joogi kohta v\u00f5i 15% p\u00e4evasest v\u00f5rdluskogusest 100\u00a0g v\u00f5i 100\u00a0ml toidu (v.a joogi) kohta v\u00f5i 15% p\u00e4evasest v\u00f5rdluskogusest \u00fchte portsjonit sisaldava pakendi kohta. P\u00e4evased v\u00f5rdluskogused on samuti esitatud XIII lisa osas A. Vitamiinid ja mineraalained, mida v\u00f5ib m\u00e4rkida, nende v\u00f5rdluskogused ja kasutatavad \u00fchikud on esitatud alapeat\u00fckis \u201e<a href=\"#vordluskogused\">V\u00f5rdluskogused<\/a>\u201c.<\/p>\n<p>Toitumisalases teabes esitatav loetelu on l\u00f5plik, sellesse ei v\u00f5i toitaineid lisada. Siiski, kui <span class='tooltipsall tooltip_post_id_1296 classtoolTips46'>toitaine<\/span> v\u00f5i m\u00f5ne muu aine kohta on esitatud <strong>toitumis- v\u00f5i tervisealane v\u00e4ide<\/strong>, siis tuleb ka selle aine kogus m\u00e4rgistusel n\u00e4idata. Kui aine kuulub eespool nimetatud toitumisalase teabe hulka, siis m\u00e4rgitakse aine kogus toitumisalases teabes vastava koha peal (nt kiudained). Kui aine ei kuulu loetellu, m\u00e4rgitakse aine kogus toitumisalase teabe vahetus l\u00e4heduses, mitte teabe (tabeli) sees (nt oomega-3-rasvhapped). V\u00e4iteid tohib esitada \u00fcksnes teatud toitainete v\u00f5i muude ainete kohta ja need peavad vastama v\u00e4idete esitamise tingimustele. Selle kohta vaata t\u00e4psemalt peat\u00fckist \u201e<a href=\"https:\/\/toiduteave.ee\/margistamine\/vaited\/\">Toitumis- ja tervisealased v\u00e4ited<\/a>\u201c.<\/p>\n<p><strong>M\u00fc\u00fcgipakendisse pakendamata toidu<\/strong> puhul ei pea toitumisalast teavet esitama, aga v\u00f5ib seda teha. Kui teave esitatakse, v\u00f5ib piirduda \u00fcksnes energiasisalduse v\u00f5i energiasisalduse ning rasvade, k\u00fcllastunud rasvhapete, suhkrute ja soola sisaldusega. Sisalduse v\u00f5ib esitada \u00fcksnes portsjoni v\u00f5i tarbimis\u00fchiku kohta ning seda v\u00f5ib t\u00e4iendada protsendina v\u00f5rdluskogusest v\u00e4ljendatud teabega. Samuti v\u00f5ib teabe esitada \u00fcksnes protsendina v\u00f5rdluskogusest portsjoni v\u00f5i tarbimis\u00fchiku kohta. Kui k\u00e4itleja on huvitatud m\u00f5ne vabatahtlikult esitatava toitaine (nt kiudained) koguse esitamisest, tuleb esitada ka kogu kohustuslik toitumisalane teave. Toitumisalast teavet ei pea esitama j\u00e4rgmiste toitude puhul:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>t\u00f6\u00f6tlemata tooted, mis koosnevad \u00fchestainsast koostisosast v\u00f5i koostisosade grupist (nt mesi, muna, fileeritud kala, (sea)<span class='tooltipsall tooltip_post_id_1339 classtoolTips49'>hakkliha<\/span>, (nisu)jahu). T\u00f6\u00f6tlemata toode on defineeritud toiduh\u00fcgieeni m\u00e4\u00e4ruses (E\u00dc) 852\/2004 ja see h\u00f5lmab ka jaotatud, irrutatud, raiutud, viilutatud, kondistustatud, hakitud, n\u00fclitud, peenestatud, l\u00f5igatud, puhastatud, trimmitud, kooritud, jahvatatud, jahutatud, k\u00fclmutatud, s\u00fcgavk\u00fclmutatud ja sulatatud tooteid;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>t\u00f6\u00f6deldud tooted, mille ainsaks t\u00f6\u00f6tlemisviisiks on olnud laagerdumine ja mis koosnevad \u00fchestainsast koostisosast v\u00f5i koostisosade grupist (nt vinnutatud liha, kui sellele ei ole lisatud soola ega muid aineid);<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>joogivesi, sealhulgas vesi, mille ainsaks lisatud koostisosaks on s\u00fcsihappegaas ja\/v\u00f5i <span class='tooltipsall tooltip_post_id_1338 classtoolTips5'>l\u00f5hna- ja maitseained<\/span>;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>maitsetaimed, v\u00fcrtsid v\u00f5i nende segud*;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>sool ja soolaasendajad (v\u00e4lja arvatud jodeeritud sool);<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>lauamagusained;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>kohvi- ja siguriekstraktid, terved v\u00f5i jahvatatud kohvioad ning terved v\u00f5i jahvatatud kofeiinivabad kohvioad;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>taime-, marja- ja puuviljatee, tee, kofeiinivaba tee, lahustuv tee v\u00f5i tee-ekstrakt, kofeiinivaba lahustuv tee v\u00f5i tee-ekstrakt, mis ei sisalda muid lisatud koostisosi peale <span class='tooltipsall tooltip_post_id_1338 classtoolTips5'>l\u00f5hna- ja maitseainete<\/span>, mis ei muuda tee toitev\u00e4\u00e4rtust;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>fermenditud \u00e4\u00e4dikad ja \u00e4\u00e4dikaasendajad, sealhulgas need, mille ainsaks lisatud koostisosaks on l\u00f5hna- ja maitseained;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>l\u00f5hna- ja maitseained;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span><span class='tooltipsall tooltip_post_id_1311 classtoolTips47'>lisaained<\/span>;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span><span class='tooltipsall tooltip_post_id_1312 classtoolTips52'>abiained<\/span>;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span><span class='tooltipsall tooltip_post_id_1310 classtoolTips24'>toiduens\u00fc\u00fcmid<\/span>;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>\u017eelatiin;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>moosipaksendajad;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>p\u00e4rm;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>n\u00e4rimiskummid;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>toit, mis on pakendatud pakendisse v\u00f5i mahutisse, mille suurima k\u00fclje pindala on alla 25 cm<sup>2<\/sup>;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>toit, sealhulgas k\u00e4sit\u00f6\u00f6na valmistatud toit, millega tootja varustab v\u00e4ikestes kogustes vahetult l\u00f5pptarbijat v\u00f5i kohalikku jaem\u00fc\u00fcjat, kes vahetult varustab l\u00f5pptarbijat.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span>Viimast punkti (m\u00e4\u00e4ruse (EL) nr 1169\/2011 V lisa punkt 19) kohaldatakse Eestis eelk\u00f5ige toidu suhtes, mida valmistatakse eraelamus v\u00f5i mikroettev\u00f5ttes v\u00e4ikeses koguses k\u00e4sit\u00f6\u00f6na ja\/v\u00f5i kodusel toiduvalmistamisviisil. K\u00e4sit\u00f6\u00f6na valmistatud toit on toit, mille valmistamis- v\u00f5i tootmisprotsessist on suurem osa tehtud k\u00e4sitsi. Erand kohaldub vaid kohalikule Eestis m\u00fc\u00fcdavale toidule, mida tootja turustab l\u00f5pptarbijale vahetult v\u00f5i kohaliku jaekaubandusettev\u00f5tte (sh jaotusterminali v\u00f5i hulgim\u00fc\u00fcgipunkti) kaudu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>*Maitsetaimede, v\u00fcrtside v\u00f5i nende segude suhtes kohaldatakse erandit kohustusliku toitumisalase teabe esitamise n\u00f5udest, sest neid tarvitatakse v\u00e4ikestes kogustes ja neil ei ole m\u00e4rkimisv\u00e4\u00e4rset toitumisalast m\u00f5ju. Seda erandit kohaldatakse ka <span class='tooltipsall tooltip_post_id_1338 classtoolTips5'>l\u00f5hna- ja maitseaineid<\/span> ja\/v\u00f5i <span class='tooltipsall tooltip_post_id_1319 classtoolTips9'>happesuse regulaatoreid<\/span> sisaldavate toodete suhtes, tingimusel et l\u00f5hna- ja maitseainetel ja\/v\u00f5i happesuse regulaatoritel ei ole m\u00e4rkimisv\u00e4\u00e4rset toitumisalast m\u00f5ju.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span>PANE T\u00c4HELE!<\/span><\/strong><span> Kui toidu m\u00e4rgistusel, esitlusel v\u00f5i reklaamis esitatakse toitumis- v\u00f5i tervisealane v\u00e4ide, tuleb m\u00fc\u00fcgipakendis toidul alati esitada toitumisalane teave ja \u00fclaltoodud erandid ei kehti.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Toitumisalase teabe esitamise n\u00f5uded ei kohaldu toidulisanditele, looduslikule mineraalveele ega allikaveele. Eritoitude puhul tuleb toitumisalast teavet esitades j\u00e4rgida samuti eelk\u00f5ige konkreetse eritoidu kohta s\u00e4testatud toitumisalase teabe esitamise korda. Eritoidud on imiku piimasegu ja j\u00e4tkupiimasegu, imikutele ja v\u00e4ikelastele m\u00f5eldud teraviljap\u00f5hine t\u00f6\u00f6deldud toit ja muu imikutoit, meditsiinilisel n\u00e4idustusel kasutamiseks etten\u00e4htud toit ja kehakaalu alandamiseks etten\u00e4htud p\u00e4evase toidu asendaja.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Lisaks eelnevale ei ole toitumisalase teabe esitamine kohustuslik jookide puhul, mille etanoolisisaldus on \u00fcle 1,2 mahuprotsendi, kuid kui see esitatakse, v\u00f5ib esitada \u00fcksnes energiasisalduse v\u00f5i kogu kohustusliku toitumisalase teabe. Energiasisalduse esitamine v\u00f5ib peagi muutuda kohustuslikuks, mist\u00f5ttu v\u00f5iks seda juba praegu selliste jookide m\u00e4rgistusel n\u00e4idata.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text module_id=&#8221;esitatavad&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.9.7&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; link_font=&#8221;||||on||||&#8221; link_text_color=&#8221;#2ea3f2&#8243; header_2_font=&#8221;|600|||||||&#8221; header_2_text_color=&#8221;#009b96&#8243; header_2_font_size=&#8221;20px&#8221; custom_margin=&#8221;||14px|||&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Esitatavad_kogused\"><\/span><span lang=\"ET\" style=\"background: white;\">Esitatavad kogused<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Energiasisaldus ja toitainete kogus peavad vastama nende kogustele toidu m\u00fc\u00fcmisel. Teave v\u00f5ib olla esitatud valmistoidu kohta, eeldusel et on antud valmistamisjuhis ja viidatud, et teave on valmistoidu kohta (nt purgisupp, kuivtoit).<\/p>\n<p>Kui tahke toit on vedelikus (nt siirup, mahl, \u00f5li v\u00f5i marinaad), siis esitatakse toitumisalane teave kogu toidu kohta. Kui eeldatakse, et tarbija ei s\u00f6\u00f6 vedelikku \u00e4ra, siis esitatakse toitumisalane teave ainult tahke osa kohta (nt marineeritud kurgid). Toitumisalase teabe juures tuleks sellisel juhul teada anda, mille kohta see esitatud on (kas tahke osa kohta v\u00f5i toote kohta tervikuna).<\/p>\n<p>Esitatud arvulised v\u00e4\u00e4rtused peavad olema <span class='tooltipsall tooltip_post_id_1309 classtoolTips13'>keskmised v\u00e4\u00e4rtused<\/span>. Need v\u00f5ivad olla:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>saadud toitu laboris anal\u00fc\u00fcsides;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>arvutatud koostisosade teadaolevate v\u00f5i tegelike keskmiste v\u00e4\u00e4rtuste p\u00f5hjal;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>arvutatud \u00fcldiselt kehtivate ja heakskiidetud andmete j\u00e4rgi. Eestis on selliseks andmebaasiks Tervise Arengu Instituudi Nutridata rakenduste hulka kuuluv <a href=\"https:\/\/asp.nutridata.ee\/et\/avaleht\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">toote arvutus- ja andmesisestusprogramm<\/a><\/span><span>.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Arvuliste v\u00e4\u00e4rtuste \u00fcmardamise suunised, mis on toodud m\u00e4rgistusel esitatud toitev\u00e4\u00e4rtuse lubatud h\u00e4lbeid k\u00e4sitleva Euroopa Komisjoni juhendi tabelis 4, leiab alapeat\u00fckist \u201e<a href=\"umardamissuunised\">\u00dcmardamissuunised<\/a>\u201c.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Energiasisaldus<\/strong> arvutatakse toitainete koguste p\u00f5hjal, kasutades koefitsiente, mis on toodud m\u00e4\u00e4ruse (EL) nr 1169\/2011 XIV lisas ja mille leiab alapeat\u00fckist \u201e<a href=\"#umberarvestuskoefitsiendid\">\u00dcmberarvestuskoefitsiendid<\/a>\u201c.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span class='tooltipsall tooltip_post_id_1307 classtoolTips56'>Sool<\/span><\/strong> v\u00e4ljendab soolasisalduse ekvivalenti, mis arvutatakse naatriumisisalduse kaudu valemiga <em>sool\u00a0=\u00a0naatriumisisaldus<\/em><em><span>\u00a0<\/span><\/em><em>\u00d7<span>\u00a02,5<\/span><\/em>. Toit v\u00f5ib sisaldada naatriumi looduslikult, kuid selle sisaldus toidus t\u00f5useb <span class='tooltipsall tooltip_post_id_1311 classtoolTips47'>lisaainete<\/span> (nt naatriumsahhariin, naatriumaskorbaat) ja soola lisamisel. Soolasisalduse ekvivalendi peab alati tuletama toidu \u00fcldisest naatriumisisaldusest. Vajaduse korral v\u00f5ib m\u00e4rkida, et soolasisaldus tuleneb ainult looduslikust naatriumist. Sellise m\u00e4rke v\u00f5ib lisada toitumisalase teabe vahetusse l\u00e4hedusse nende toitude puhul, millele ei ole soola lisatud (nt piim, k\u00f6\u00f6giviljad, liha ja kala). K\u00f5nealust m\u00e4rget ei tohi kasutada, kui soola on lisatud t\u00f6\u00f6tlemise k\u00e4igus v\u00f5i kui kasutatakse soola sisaldavaid koostisosi, nagu sink, juust, oliivid, an\u0161oovis jne.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Suhkrute<\/strong> hulka arvestatakse k\u00f5ik toidus sisalduvad mono- ja disahhariidid (nt gl\u00fckoos, fruktoos, laktoos, sahharoos, maltoos jne), mitte ainult toiduvalmistamise k\u00e4igus lisatav suhkur. Suhkrute hulka ei arvestata pol\u00fcoole.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vitamiinide ja mineraalainete<\/strong> kogusele peab olema lisatud protsent v\u00f5rdluskogusest. Kui kasutatakse l\u00fchendit NRV (ingl <em>nutrient reference value<\/em>), tuleb lisada l\u00fchendit selgitav tekst (nt v\u00e4ljend \u201et\u00e4iskasvanu v\u00f5rdluskogus\u201c). V\u00f5rdluskogused on esitatud m\u00e4\u00e4ruse (EL) nr 1169\/2011 XIII lisa osas A.<\/p>\n<p><span>Kui energiasisaldus v\u00f5i m\u00f5ne toitaine <strong>kogus tootes on v\u00e4heoluline<\/strong>, v\u00f5ib need esitada loetelus kujul \u201e0\u00a0g\u201c v\u00f5i \u201e&lt;x\u00a0g\u201c v\u00f5i loetelust v\u00e4lja j\u00e4tta. Kui need toitained on loetelust v\u00e4lja j\u00e4etud, tuleb toitumisalase teabe l\u00e4heduses esitada lause \u201eSisaldab v\u00e4heolulisel m\u00e4\u00e4ral [toitaine(te) nimetus(ed)]\u201c. Kui teave on antud protsendina v\u00f5rdluskogusest 100 g v\u00f5i 100 ml toote kohta, peab selle vahetus l\u00e4heduses esitama lisateabe \u201ekeskmise t\u00e4iskasvanu v\u00f5rdluskogus (8400\u00a0kJ \/ 2000\u00a0kcal)\u201c.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Energiasisaldus peab olema alati esitatud 100 g v\u00f5i 100 ml kohta, lisaks v\u00f5ib kasutada teisi eelnimetatud esitusviise.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Eeltoodu t\u00f5ttu ei tohi pakendi esik\u00fcljel korrata \u00fcksiku toitaine sisaldust (nt \u201ex% rasva\u201c). \u00dche toitaine koguse v\u00f5ib siiski esile tuua, kui see on n\u00f5utud m\u00f5ne \u00f5igusaktiga, n\u00e4iteks tuleb rasvav\u00f5iete m\u00e4rgistusel esitada rasvaprotsent. Samuti v\u00f5ib \u00fche toitaine kogust eraldi esile t\u00f5sta, kui see on k\u00e4sitletav toitumisalase v\u00e4itena ja vastab toitumisalase v\u00e4ite esitamise tingimustele. Lisaks peab selline r\u00f5hutamine olema koosk\u00f5las eksitamist keelavate s\u00e4tetega: ei tohi anda m\u00f5ista, et toit on eriomadustega, kui selliste omadustega on k\u00f5ik samalaadsed toidud; ei tohi r\u00f5hutada, et toidus sisalduvad v\u00f5i puuduvad mingid koostis- v\u00f5i toitained, kui selliste omadustega on tegelikult k\u00f5ik samalaadsed toidud. Rasvaprotsendi v\u00f5ib esitada \u00fcksnes protsendina v\u00f5i koos s\u00f5naga \u201erasva\u201c v\u00f5i \u201erasvasisaldus\u201c. Rasvaprotsent esitatakse piimatoote nimetuse juures v\u00f5i nimetusega samas vaatev\u00e4ljas. Monopiimatoodetena m\u00f5istetakse j\u00e4rgmisi maitsestamata piimatooteid: piim (sh t\u00e4ispiim, madala rasvasisaldusega piim, rasvatu piim, laktoosivaba piim), r\u00f5\u00f5sk koor, hapendatud piimatooted (hapukoor, pett, keefir, hapupiim, jogurt, kodujuust, kohupiim, kohupiimapasta) ja v\u00f5iderasvad. Monopiimatoodetena ei k\u00e4sitleta juustu, sulatatud juustu, toorjuustu, j\u00e4\u00e4tist ega \u00fchtegi maitsestatud piimatoodet.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>2. Maitsestatud piimatoodete puhul (nt maasikajogurt) esitatakse nimetuses v\u00f5i mujal m\u00e4rgistusel r\u00f5hutatud koostisosa kogus protsentides nimetuse juures v\u00f5i nimetuse vahetus l\u00e4heduses v\u00f5i koostisosade loetelus selle koostisosaga seonduvalt. Kui r\u00f5hutatud koostisosa kogus esitatakse v\u00e4ljaspool koostisosade loetelu, siis peab sellest selguma, mis koostisosa protsendiga on tegemist. N\u00e4iteks maasikajogurti korral esitatakse nimetuse vahetus l\u00e4heduses \u201e15% maasikaid\u201c v\u00f5i \u201e30% maasikamoosi\u201c.
